Aurilah Therapy is a therapeutic support service operating under Aurilah LTD, a UK-based boutique holding company.
By accessing our website, booking a session, or engaging with Aurilah Therapy services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Aurilah Therapy T's & C's

1.1 About Aurilah Therapy

Aurilah Therapy provides gentle, grounded therapeutic support focused on emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal healing.

Services may include:

  • One-to-one therapeutic sessions

  • Reflective and supportive guidance

Aurilah Therapy is not an emergency service.

1.2 Eligibility

Our services are available to:

  • Adults aged 18 years or over only
     

Aurilah Therapy does not provide services to children or adolescents.

1.3 Nature and Scope of Therapy

Aurilah Therapy provides supportive, non-medical therapeutic services.

We do not provide:

  • Medical treatment

  • Psychiatric diagnosis

  • Crisis or emergency mental health services
     

Aurilah Therapy is not a substitute for health, psychiatric, or emergency care.
If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, you should seek immediate professional help by eiter calling 999 or the emergency services number for the country in which you are currently in.

1.4 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Their participation and engagement

  • Decisions made during or following sessions
     

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or progress.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data We Collect

We may collect:

  • Name and contact details

  • Email address

  • Booking and session information

  • Payment records
     

Communications with us

2.2 How We Use Your Data

Your data may be used for:

  • Managing bookings and sessions

  • Client communication and support

  • Administrative and legal purposes

  • Marketing communications (with consent)

2.3 Group Data Sharing

Aurilah Therapy operates within the Aurilah LTD group.
Certain information may be securely shared with Aurilah LTD for:

  • Operational administration

Sensitive therapeutic content is treated with strict confidentiality.

2.4 Confidentiality

All therapy sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm.

3. Accessibility Statement

Aurilah Therapy Refund Policy

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of therapeutic services:

  • All sessions are non-refundable once delivered
     

Refunds are not available for missed or completed sessions.

If a session cannot take place due to an issue on our part, an alternative session will be offered.

Aurilah Therapy Cancellations Policy

5. Cancellations

5.1 Client Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made:

  • With adequate notice may be rescheduled

  • With less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full

5.2 Practitioner Cancellations

If Aurilah Therapy needs to cancel a session, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled session, or

  • A refund where appropriate

Aurilah Therapy Delivery Policy

6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Session Delivery

Therapy sessions are typically delivered:

  • Online via a secure video platform

  • At the scheduled time agreed at booking
     

Clients are responsible for:

  • Attending on time

  • Ensuring suitable internet access
     

Having a private, quiet environment

6.2 Session Length

Aurilah Therapy GDPR

Session duration is defined at booking and cannot be extended or carried over.

7. GDPR & Data Protection

Aurilah Therapy complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Request correction

  • Request erasure where legally applicable

  • Restrict processing

  • Withdraw consent
     

Requests should be submitted via our official contact channels.
Identity verification may be required.

Aurilah Therapy Complaints Policy

8. Complaints

Aurilah Therapy aims to deliver services with care, professionalism, and integrity.

If you wish to make a complaint:

  1. Please submit your complaint in writing with full details

  2. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days

  3. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and respectfully
     

Complaints relating to subjective experience or emotional outcomes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
