By accessing our website, booking a session, or engaging with Aurilah Therapy services, you agree to the terms set out below.
1.1 About Aurilah Therapy
Aurilah Therapy provides gentle, grounded therapeutic support focused on emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal healing.

Aurilah Therapy is not an emergency service.
1.2 Eligibility
Our services are available to:

Adults aged 18 years or over only
Aurilah Therapy does not provide services to children or adolescents.
1.3 Nature and Scope of Therapy
Aurilah Therapy provides supportive, non-medical therapeutic services.
We do not provide:

Medical treatment

Psychiatric diagnosis

Crisis or emergency mental health services
Aurilah Therapy is not a substitute for health, psychiatric, or emergency care.
If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, you should seek immediate professional help by eiter calling 999 or the emergency services number for the country in which you are currently in.

Clients are responsible for:

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or progress.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of therapeutic services:

All sessions are non-refundable once delivered
Refunds are not available for missed or completed sessions.
If a session cannot take place due to an issue on our part, an alternative session will be offered.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Client Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made:

With adequate notice may be rescheduled

With less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full
5.2 Practitioner Cancellations
If Aurilah Therapy needs to cancel a session, you will be offered:

A rescheduled session, or

A refund where appropriate
6. Delivery Policy
6.1 Session Delivery
Therapy sessions are typically delivered:

At the scheduled time agreed at booking
Clients are responsible for:

Attending on time

Ensuring suitable internet access
Having a private, quiet environment
6.2 Session Length
Session duration is defined at booking and cannot be extended or carried over.
