Our Story
Aurilah LTD was born out of both passion and purpose. As a neurodivergent founder, I’ve always had the gift of hyperfocus — the kind of deep concentration that allows me to master skills across a wide range of industries. Over the years, this focus has given me the tools to build not just one business, but an entire boutique collection of them, each crafted with care, ethics, and a touch of luxury.
But Aurilah is about more than just business. As a mother to neurodivergent children, I understand first-hand that traditional employment paths may not always be accessible or supportive. There is no guarantee my children will one day walk into a workplace that truly understands their needs. So I created Aurilah LTD to be that workplace — a safe, inclusive, understanding environment where their strengths will be celebrated, and where they will always have an employer who sees their value.
