Aurilah Studs LTD is a UK-based company providing professional canine stud services and forms part of the Aurilah LTD group of companies.
By enquiring about, booking, or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 About Aurilah Studs LTD

Aurilah Studs LTD provides ethical canine stud services, including:

  • Natural mating (where offered)

  • Chilled semen services

  • Related breeding support services
     

All services are provided with animal welfare, professionalism, and ethical breeding standards as a priority.

Our stud dogs are health tested by a qualified vet annually to ensure optimum health at the time of breeding and semen collection. Breeders are provided with a copy of the report in the Stud Information Pack sent after booking.

1.2 Eligibility & Breeding Requirements

Services are available only to:

  • Adults aged 18 years or over

  • Owners or authorised handlers of breeding bitches
     

All breeding bitches must:

  • Be of appropriate age and health

  • Meet breed-specific and welfare requirements

  • Provide requested health tests and documentation
     

Aurilah Studs LTD reserves the right to refuse service where welfare or ethical concerns arise.

1.3 No Guarantee of Pregnancy or Litter

Breeding outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Aurilah Studs LTD makes no guarantee of:

  • Successful mating

  • Pregnancy

  • Litter size

  • Live births
     

By proceeding, you accept the inherent risks associated with animal breeding.

1.4 Stud Fees

Stud fees cover:

  • Access to the stud dog or semen

  • Time, expertise, and handling
     

Fees are payable as agreed and do not guarantee a result.

Aurilah Studs Refund Policy

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of stud services:

  • All stud fees are non-refundable once a service has been provided or scheduled

​

No refunds are available for:

  • Unsuccessful matings

  • Failure to conceive

  • Small or non-viable litters
     

If a service cannot proceed due to an issue on our part, an alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion.

Aurilah Studs Cancellations

5. Cancellations

5.1 Client Cancellations

Clients must provide 7 days notice to cancel a booking.

Deposits (if taken) are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable unless agreed otherwise

5.2 Provider Cancellations

If Aurilah Studs LTD needs to cancel due to:

  • Health or welfare concerns

  • Safety issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances
     

You will be offered:

  • A rescheduled service, or

  • An alternative solution where appropriate

Aurilah Studs Delivery Policy

6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Natural Mating Services

Where natural mating is provided:

  • Sessions take place at an agreed location
     

  • Handling is conducted in line with welfare best practice

6.2 Chilled Semen Services

Where chilled semen is supplied:

  • Collection, preparation, and dispatch are carried out professionally

  • Delivery is handled by specialist couriers

  • Timing and conditions are critical and beyond our control once dispatched
     

Aurilah Studs LTD is not responsible for courier delays or external handling failures.

7. GDPR & Data Protection

Aurilah Studs LTD complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Request erasure where legally applicable

8. Complaints

Aurilah Studs LTD is committed to professionalism and animal welfare.

If you wish to raise a complaint:

  1. Please submit it in writing with full details

  2. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days

  3. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and reasonably
     

Complaints relating to breeding outcomes or biological unpredictability do not constitute grounds for refunds.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
