We do not provide coaching services to minors.
1.3 Nature of Coaching
Life coaching is a collaborative, non-directive process designed to support personal insight and goal clarity.
Aurilah Life Coaching Ltd does not provide:

Therapy or counselling

Medical or mental health treatment

Legal, financial, or clinical advice
Coaching is not a substitute for professional support in these areas.

Clients accept full responsibility for:

Any outcomes arising from coaching sessions
No guarantees are made regarding specific results.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of coaching services:

All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once delivered
For coaching packages, refunds are not available for sessions already delivered or partially used.
If a session cannot proceed due to an issue on our part, an alternative session or resolution will be offered.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Client Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made:

With adequate notice may be rescheduled at our discretion
With less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full
5.2 Practitioner Cancellations
If Aurilah Life Coaching Ltd needs to cancel a session, you will be offered:

A rescheduled session, or
-
A refund where appropriate
6. Delivery Policy
6.1 Coaching Sessions
Sessions are typically delivered:

Online via Google Meet, WhatsApp or similar platforms

At the agreed scheduled time
Clients are responsible for:

Attending on time

Having suitable internet access

Ensuring a private and distraction-free environment
6.2 Session Duration
Session lengths are defined at the point of booking.
Unused time within a session cannot be carried over.
7. GDPR & Data Protection
